These terms govern your use of the Infinity Experiences platform and membership. By registering, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. About Infinity Experiences
Infinity Experiences, operated by Infinity Collection Pvt. Ltd., is a discovery and curation platform that connects members with certified experience and hospitality partners. We help you discover and arrange extraordinary experiences; the experiences themselves are delivered by independent third-party partners.
2. Membership
Membership is by registration and, where applicable, subject to acceptance. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Experiences & Bookings
Listings, descriptions, imagery and indicative prices are provided for illustration and may change without notice. All experiences are subject to availability and to confirmation by the relevant partner. An enquiry or consultation does not constitute a confirmed booking until confirmed in writing. Prices exclude taxes, gratuities and incidental costs unless stated.
4. Third-Party Partners
Experiences, stays and services are provided and fulfilled by independent partners, each with its own terms, conditions and policies, which apply to your booking. Infinity Experiences acts as a facilitator and is not the provider of these services. We are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, quality, safety or cancellation decisions of any partner.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, and by the applicable partner's policy for each experience where stricter terms apply. Any fees or penalties imposed by a partner will apply. We will assist in communicating requests but cannot guarantee outcomes.
6. Travel Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documentation (passports, visas, permits), meet health and entry requirements, and obtain appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every journey.
7. Assumption of Risk
Certain experiences involve inherent risks (adventure, wildlife, remote locations, water and mountain activities). You participate at your own risk and must follow all partner and operator safety instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for any loss arising from the conduct of third-party partners, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, imagery and materials on this platform are owned by or licensed to Infinity Collection Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana having jurisdiction. For questions, contact partner@myinfinityexperiences.com.
