Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026 This Cookie Policy explains how Infinity Collection Pvt. Ltd. ("Infinity Experiences", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on myinfinityexperiences.com (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners about how their site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage; in this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary — Required for the Site to function: security, load balancing, session management and processing of payments. These cannot be switched off in our systems. Examples: session cookies; payment and fraud-prevention cookies set by Razorpay. Analytics & performance — Help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where errors occur — so that we can improve it. Data is aggregated. Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid and related). Functional — Remember choices you make, such as language or region, to provide a more consistent experience. Examples: preference cookies. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Third-party cookies
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google sets cookies that collect information such as pages visited, time on site and approximate location. This information is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy terms. You may opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Razorpay. Where the Site processes payments, our payment provider Razorpay sets cookies necessary to complete the transaction securely and to prevent fraud. These are essential to the payment function and are governed by Razorpay's own privacy and cookie terms. We do not control third-party cookies. Please refer to the relevant provider's policy for details of how they use the data they collect.
4. Your choices and consent
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies (analytics and functional). You may accept or decline these when you first sign in to the Site, and you may change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link on the Site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings — blocking or deleting them, or asking to be notified when they are set. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working, including payments.
5. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — typically no longer than twenty-four months — or until you delete them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights in relation to personal data collected through cookies — including the right to access, correct, erase or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. These rights arise under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation. Please see our Privacy Policy, or contact us using the details below, to exercise them.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
