Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026 Plans change, and we would rather help you move a journey than lose it. This policy explains what happens when a confirmed booking is cancelled, and what it costs.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to bookings made through Infinity Experiences (Infinity Collection Pvt. Ltd.) for accommodation, experiences, transfers and travel arrangements confirmed in your name. Infinity Experiences curates and arranges; the accommodation, flights and experiences themselves are delivered by our certified partners. Where a partner's own cancellation terms are stricter than ours, those terms apply, and we will always set them out in writing before you confirm.
2. How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing to support@myinfinityexperiences.com, or through your curator. A cancellation takes effect on the date we receive that written notice, not the date it was sent. We will acknowledge every cancellation within one business day and confirm the applicable charges before anything is processed.
3. Cancellation charges
Unless your confirmation states otherwise, the following applies to the total booking value:
| Notice given before departure | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 60 days | Deposit only |
| 60 to 31 days | 25% |
| 30 to 15 days | 50% |
| 14 to 8 days | 75% |
| 7 days or fewer, or no-show | 100% |
Please note. Certain bookings carry their own terms from the outset — peak dates, exclusive-use properties, chartered transport, ticketed events and promotional rates among them. Where that is the case, it is stated clearly on your quotation and confirmation, and those terms take precedence over the schedule above.
4. Items that cannot be refunded
Some elements are committed the moment they are booked and cannot be recovered once issued:
- Airline tickets on non-refundable fares, and any airline cancellation or change penalties
- Visa fees, entry permits and government levies
- Tickets for events, performances and timed entries
- Travel insurance premiums
- Third-party charges already paid on your behalf and non-recoverable
5. Changing rather than cancelling
Where dates or details can be moved instead, we will always propose that first. Amendments are subject to availability and to any difference in rate, and may attract a partner amendment fee. A change requested within the final cancellation window may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
6. If we cancel
Very occasionally a partner may be unable to honour a confirmed booking. If that happens, we will offer you a comparable alternative of equal or better standard, a different date, or a full refund of all sums paid to us for the affected element. The choice is yours.
7. Events beyond reasonable control
Where a journey is prevented or materially affected by circumstances outside anyone's control — including natural events, epidemic, civil unrest, strike action, airspace or border closure, or government direction — we will recover from partners whatever can be recovered and pass it to you in full, less only sums already irrecoverably committed on your behalf. We are not able to guarantee recovery in these circumstances, and we recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
8. How refunds are then paid
Any sum due back to you is handled under our Refund Policy.
